For Our Patients With Dental Insurance

We participate with most PPO dental insurances, such as Delta Dental, Met Life, Aetna, Guardian, Cigna, and United Concordia, just to name a few.  For patients who have other insurance we will be happy to submit your forms and help you maximize your dental benefits. (Remember that, by contract we must ask for your co-pays at the time of service.)

Good News For Patients Without Dental Benefits

Getting the dental care you need can be affordable!  We are happy to offer you our own dental plan.  A small yearly fee provides you with free examinations, x-rays, and routine cleanings.  Other dental services are provided with office policy courtesy in order to make the cost of dental treatment manageable for you.

Making Payments

We do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.  For patients who require major treatment, we can help design a payment plan that you find affordable.  We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.  A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice, usually 24 hrs.
